During the incumbency of the Revd Gainer, the Vicar
of Tonyrefail was also appointed as Vicar of Gilfach
Goch and priest-in-charge of Llandyfodwg. In effect
combining the parishes again.
In 2000 the Parish of Llandyfodwg reverted to the
deanery of Bridgend and presently the Vicar of Ogmore
Vale is the priest-in-charge.
